ABC Laser Engraving Shipping and Handling Policy
This Shipping & Handling Policy applies to all services provided by ABC Laser Engraving, LLC, doing business as ABC Laser Engraving, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives (collectively referred to as “Company”).
Production Time
Production begins only after:
- Full payment is received, and
- All engraving details are confirmed or approved, and
- For customer-supplied items, the item has been physically received.
Customer-supplied items typically require 1–3 business days after receipt and confirmation.
Standard orders typically require 1–7 business days, depending on order complexity, customization requirements, and product type.
Production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Time
Shipping time is separate from production time.
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s performance. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customer-Supplied Item Shipping
Customers sending their own items to the Company are responsible for:
- Proper and secure packaging
- Shipping costs to and from the Company
- Insurance coverage, especially for high-value, collectible, or irreplaceable items
The Company is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss occurring during transit to or from its facility.
High-Value & Irreplaceable Items
For items valued at $500 or more, sentimental property, collectibles, heirlooms, or otherwise irreplaceable items, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with permanent engraving and shipping.
The Company strongly recommends insuring such items prior to shipment.
The Company’s total liability for customer-supplied items shall not exceed the amount paid for the engraving service. The Company is not responsible for replacement cost, market value, appraisal value,
