ABC Laser Engraving Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to ABC Laser Engraving, LLC, doing business as ABC Laser Engraving, including its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives (“Company”).

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.


1. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All sales are final for custom-engraved or personalized products.

Because these items are permanently modified to your specifications, they cannot be resold. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Customer typos or spelling errors
  • Incorrect or low-quality artwork files submitted by the customer
  • Approved proofs or submitted designs
  • Change of mind after production has begun
  • Dislike of natural material variations (wood grain, leather texture, metal finish, coating reactions)
  • Personal preference (“I don’t like it”)

Engraving is permanent. Once production begins, the order is final.


2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours (1 business day) of placement, provided production has not begun.

Because orders are processed promptly, cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may be denied.

If digital setup, artwork preparation, or machine setup has begun, a setup fee may be deducted from any approved refund.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.


3. COMPANY ERRORS

If the Company makes a mistake (for example, engraving different content than what was approved or submitted), we will correct it.

You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If we are at fault, we may, at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund for the item price or engraving service fee

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. UN-ENGRAVED (NON-CUSTOM) ITEMS

Returns are accepted within 10 days of confirmed delivery for un-engraved items only.

To qualify:

  • The item must not have entered production
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned within 10 days

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds apply to the item price only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A restocking fee may apply.


5. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS

No refunds are issued for customer-supplied items once engraving has begun or been completed.

The Company is not responsible for replacement value of customer-provided items.


6. SHIPPING DAMAGE, DELAYS & CARRIER ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost packages
  • Delivery delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Carrier service disruptions

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours and retain all packaging. Claims must be filed with the carrier.

Refunds or disputes based solely on shipping delays, weather events, or carrier performance will not be honored.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree to contact the Company directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Orders that comply with this policy may be formally contested in the event of a payment dispute.


All sales are final except as expressly stated above.
