ABC Laser Engraving – Drop Shipping Policy

This Drop Shipping Policy applies to ABC Laser Engraving, LLC, doing business as ABC Laser Engraving, including its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives (“Company”).

We offer drop shipping services for customers who wish to have engraved products shipped directly to their end recipient.


1. Shipping to Third Parties

At the customer’s request, orders may be shipped directly to a third-party recipient.

The customer is fully responsible for:

  • Providing the correct recipient name and shipping address
  • Ensuring the address is deliverable and accurate
  • Any errors resulting from incorrect shipping information

The Company is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly submitted addresses.


2. Blind Shipping

Orders may be shipped without pricing information upon request.

However:

  • We are not responsible for how the package is represented to the recipient.
  • We do not guarantee branded packaging unless previously agreed in writing.

Standard packaging will be used unless otherwise arranged.


3. Production & Shipping Time

Production begins only after:

  • Full payment is received
  • All engraving details are confirmed

Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping time is separate from production time. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or transportation disruptions.


4. Delivery, Loss & Carrier Delays

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility shifts to the carrier.

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Delivery attempts where recipient is unavailable

Refunds or disputes based solely on shipping delays will not be honored.

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier when applicable.


5. Returns & Refusals

If a drop-shipped package is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Recipient refusal

The customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs
  • Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier

Custom or engraved items remain final sale and are not refundable.


6. Responsibility for End Customer Communication

The customer (placing the order) is responsible for communicating with their end recipient regarding:

  • Delivery expectations
  • Product details
  • Customization content

The Company does not provide direct support to third-party recipients unless authorized by the original purchaser.
