ABC Laser Engraving – Satisfaction & Workmanship Guarantee

This Guarantee Policy applies to ABC Laser Engraving, LLC, doing business as ABC Laser Engraving, including its owners, employees, and representatives (“Company”).

1. Our Commitment Since 2013

Since 2013, ABC Laser Engraving has provided professional engraving services to individuals, businesses, and organizations nationwide. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and production accuracy.

If we make a verified production error, we will make it right.

2. What Is Covered

This guarantee applies only to errors directly caused by the Company, including:

  • Engraving content that differs from the customer’s submitted or approved design
  • Using the wrong item from our inventory
  • Incorrect placement that does not match the approved layout

If the Company is at fault, we will, at our discretion:

  • Re-engrave the item
  • Replace the item (if supplied by us)
  • Refund the engraving service fee or item price

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does NOT cover:

  • Customer spelling errors or incorrect submissions
  • Artwork approved by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference (“I don’t like how it looks”)
  • Natural material variations (wood grain, leather texture, metal reaction)
  • Customer-supplied items damaged due to material defects or unknown coatings
  • Carrier delays, shipping damage, or weather disruptions

Laser engraving is permanent. Customer approval and submission accuracy are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Customer-Supplied & High-Value Items

For customer-supplied items, liability is limited to the engraving service fee paid.

The Company is not responsible for the replacement value of items provided by the customer, including high-value, rare, sentimental, or irreplaceable items.

Customers assume risk when submitting items for engraving.

5. Claim Window

All guarantee claims must be submitted within 3 business days of confirmed delivery and must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs
  • Written explanation of the issue

Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

6. Final Determination

ABC Laser Engraving reserves the right to inspect, evaluate, and determine whether an issue qualifies under this Guarantee Policy.

This guarantee applies solely to workmanship and production accuracy as defined above.
