ABC Laser Engraving Disclaimer

This Disclaimer applies to all services provided by ABC Laser Engraving, LLC, doing business as ABC Laser Engraving, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives (collectively referred to as “Company”).

All engraving services are permanent and irreversible. By placing an order, submitting artwork, or providing an item for engraving, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with laser engraving and permanent marking processes.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying all submitted information prior to production, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, names, dates, numbers, artwork, layout, sizing, alignment, and placement. Mockups or digital proofs are not guaranteed for every order. If a proof is provided, customer approval confirms that all details are accurate and final. The Company is not responsible for errors submitted or approved by the customer.

Engraving results may vary depending on material composition, coatings, finishes, structural integrity, hidden defects, prior treatments, or manufacturing inconsistencies. For customer-supplied items, the Company is not responsible for damage resulting from material defects, incompatibility, or unpredictable material reactions.
For items valued at $500 or more, sentimental property, collectibles, heirlooms, or otherwise irreplaceable items, the customer acknowledges and accepts the elevated risk associated with permanent engraving. The Company’s total liability for any claim involving customer-supplied items shall not exceed the amount paid for the engraving service. The Company is not responsible for replacement cost, market value, appraisal value, sentimental value, or consequential damages of any kind.

If an error occurs solely due to the Company’s failure to follow approved or submitted specifications, liability is limited, at the Company’s discretion, to re-engraving the item (if possible), replacing the item (if supplied by the Company), or refunding the engraving service fee. In all cases, liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the engraving service.
Production and shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, product availability issues, supply disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

All claims must be reported within three (3) business days of receipt.
By using the Company’s services, the customer agrees to these terms.
