Warranty of Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all logos, designs, and text submitted for engraving.
Infringement Liability: ABC Laser Engraving is a service provider only. We do not monitor or verify the copyright status of customer-submitted files. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or legal fees resulting from your use of trademarked or copyrighted material.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content we deem illegal, hateful, or infringing on intellectual property.

Default Consent: To promote our craftsmanship, we may photograph or video finished products for our Online Showcase and Social Media.
The Opt-Out: You have the right to keep your project confidential. If you do not want your product shared, you must unselect the marketing consent box at checkout or notify us in writing before production begins.

Equipment & Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by equipment failure, power outages, material shortages, or “Acts of God.” In such events, we will notify you of the updated production timeline.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the courts of the county where ABC Laser Engraving is headquartered.
